Clothes are known to protect the skin from being destroyed by sharp objects, infectious liquids, and UV light. People should also try to keep their skin in good health all the time. It is found for unhealthy skin to be blemished, wrinkled, dry, and dirty. It is known for healthy skin to appear beautiful. One can make their skin healthy through various methods. It is possible to make skin healthy by drinking water. Water is known to help in hydrating and detoxifying the skin. The skin becomes hydrated when blood circulates properly in the skin tissues.

It is through sweating the body gets rid of waste substances. It is possible to make skin healthy by doing exercises. It is known for exercise to aid in improving the physical parts of the body. It is known for sweat to be produced when someone exercises their body. People’s skins are known to be relaxed and ventilated the skin they participate in exercises. It is through exercises nutrients in the body flow into skin tissues for health reasons. We can beautify our skin by taking a balanced diet. Healthy skin can be gotten by taking foods such as fishes, vegetables, and fruits.
